Developer seeks hotel at Maple, College, an article from the Coloradoan.com, reports that developer Mike Jensen of Keller Williams Realty plans to develop 3.67 acres at the northwest corner of Maple St. and N College Ave. Jensen is talking with several hoteliers and developers about the site. The city and downtown economic groups have long envisioned a full-size hotel downtown to help foster more of a 24/7 atmosphere. Last night i had the great opportunity to watch a documentary called man on wire. This was far and away one of the most amazing things i have even seen. it is the story of a man who wanted to walk on a high wire between the twin tower in New York. The lengths that he went to to achieve this dream was amazing. He basically had to do it. It was his obsession.
