The bulk of our current market is in the $180,000.00 to $240,000.00 price range. The median home price being about $230,000.00 in our market. I have added the Statistics for those price ranges in the last few months below. In this price ranges you can see the average home is taking only 3 months to go under contract. I have seen a few of my listings have multiple offers when priced right for the market. Last night i had the great opportunity to watch a documentary called man on wire. This was far and away one of the most amazing things i have even seen. it is the story of a man who wanted to walk on a high wire between the twin tower in New York. The lengths that he went to to achieve this dream was amazing. He basically had to do it. It was his obsession.

Just a small update to the Fixer. i will add some new picts later today. Yesterday we tore into the roof and took a bunch of the junk out of the yard and house. It might feel slow but it is getting better all the time. new ROOF will be huge! the last one was fried!

Area homes retain value, an article from ReporterHerald.com, reports that homes in Loveland and Fort Collins resold at the same value this year as they did a year ago. Nationally, the average value fell 11.6%. Loveland and Fort Collins never experienced the double-digit increases in housing prices like states such as California, Florida, Nevada and Arizona. The Houston and Denver markets, which includes Loveland and Fort Collins, are expected to be the first two markets to appreciate in value.
