I was clearing out my Outlook and looked some interesting numbers.
I had 373 showing on my listings last year.
My website brought in 115 leads.
My worst tenant has emailed 80 times in her 10 months of being my tenant. ( I kept those emails)
Overall not a bad year. I wish i would have closed more deals but that has been every year!

Council gives preliminary approval to zoning for large house lots, an article from the Loveland Daily Reporter-Herald, reports that the Loveland City Council gave a preliminary approval to the new zoning designation known as estate residential. This zoning designation would allow a maximum of two homes on every developable acre. Greg George, the city's director of development services said, "The intent is that when someone drives through the developed area, they see homes spaced a considerable distance apart." Fox Acres owners target boomers seeking real estate, an article from The Coloradoan, reports that during the past 18 months, Kevin and LeAnne Frazier have been pumping more than $1 million into Fox Acres, the exclusive country club and resort in Red Feather Lakes. The Fraziers paid $6.5 million for the 460-acre private gated community and 18-hole golf course and have already built a new spa, sandy swim beach, fitness center and tennis court, upgraded the clubhouse and bought new golf course equipment. WOW. Next week i will be filming the first part of the House Hunters TV show featuring My clients and Myself. This should be a very fun experience! I can't believe how lucky i am to be doing this. My clients are really pumped too. It should be cool to be able to show their kids (when they have some years from now) how mom and dad picked out and purchased the home they are in on a TV show. Library needs to expand, but how?, an article from the Loveland Reporter-Herald, reports that despite city plans to expand the current library, a few of the Loveland City Council candidates have expressed interest in building a branch library. Ward 4 candidate Don Archuleta said a branch would stem some of the tide of vehicle traffic into the downtown and could specialize in one subject or one service, in addition to easing pressure on the existing library. Wow last night was tough to watch. We still love our Rockies out her in colorado! Sometimes you have to get your butt kicked to re-focus on your goals. I guess it is a lot like real estate. you go out and your record is 9 or the last 10 listing you won. then you get spanked on that last listing appointment and you go back to the dugout and rework your lineup. what did we do wrong? what did the other agent do that seemed to make her better?
