Technical Thoughts: Moving Towards Transition Of The MLS - 03/26/07 12:13 PM
There has been a lot of discussion about a National MLS and some discussion about the technical approaches that could be used to build such a national MLS.
Most such implementation discussions that I have seen are focused on three types of implementations:
1) A single national MLS database in place of local databases
2) having local MLS databases push constant updates to a national MLS database
3) leveraging any of the growing non-MLS commercial databases (Zillow, Trulia, etc. are some the named examples)

Nearing 150,000 Real Estate Videos Watched On Our Site in Just Over 4 Months - 03/21/07 10:26 PM
We are about 2-3 days away from having a total of 150,000 real estate total property videos and video interviews being watched on http://vidlisting.com in English and http://bienesraicesvideo.com (in Spanish) in just over 4 months - wow.  We'll likely be out of internet range when that milestone occurs so I wanted to post now as we are at 147,000 as of this writing.
Who would have thought that real estate videos with narratives available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese would have been so popular?  Certainly not me and not ths early in our startup.  Honestly, I expected to begin seeing these numbers at the 8-10 … (0 comments)
