I was recently at the South Florida REALTOR Profitability Conference and the Luncheon speaker asked an interesting question:
"How many of the REALTORS here have run a newspaper ad that no one replied to?"
I was genuinely surprised by the number of hands that went up.
Now lets look at real estate video. Any One Headed To The NAHREP Convention In Orlando Next Week? - 09/12/07 05:49 AM
The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) will be holding their annual Hispanic Marketing Convention in Orlando, Florida early next week. Progress Report: Performance For The Critical First Fourteen Days Of A Video Listing - 09/09/07 04:25 PM
The first 14 days of any listing of any listing are critical with the second 16 days running close behind.
Here is the 14 day performance for an video of Los Bosques (a recent development project in Panama):
First 14 day total: 541 video views
24 day total: 975 video views (as of this writing - still 6 days to go)
Only consistent performance around the hard numbers of property videos will improve the the odds for getting what sellers want: sales. The number of views of other types of content like conferences or interviews have little to do with buyers. … (1 comments)
