We are heading over to the FIABCI Congress of the Americas in Panama City, Panama from 30 Oct-3 Nov. We are one of the many sponsors of the event. Any AR members heading over to the congress? We'd love to meet more ActiveRainers in real life and talk about international real estate opportunities, technology, or just how fun Panama can be. It is a great opportunity to network with other internationally oriented real estate investors and real estate professionals. This approach is twofold - not only will you use these materials to attract international buyers but they should ideally be of use to some set of local community members as well. Take a look around your community and try to better uderstand the local diversity as keys to building your international focus areas. 2) Build A Local Referral Network: Language differences may not be an issue with the right approach even if you only speak English. fiabci: Anyone Else Heading To The SIMA Real Estate Conference In Madrid? - 05/12/07 10:25 PM
Is anyone else heading to the SIMA real estate conference in Madrid at the end of May? We should organize a meetup there if there will be other ActiveRain participants. It would be a great opportunity to connect with other bloggers, share a few beverages, and generally make new contacts among the blogging community. We'll be there...my contact info is in my profile. I also speak decent Spanish. Tony (daily blog: http://forsalebylocals.wordpress.com)
