The CEO of NAR, Dale Stinton, made an interesting comment today at the SIMA 2007 conference. I read an article this morning about how minorities are now 1/3 of the US population and that Latinos are not only the fastest growing ethnic minority in the US but they now comprise 14% of the US population.
