marketing: Are You Giving Away Your Branding To Your Video Provider? - 03/04/09 10:39 AM
Do REALTORS give away their hard earned branding when uploading videos?
Think About It for A Second:
- Does your embeddable video widget have your name/logo on it or your hosting provider's name?
- Does Google point to the video on your own website or on your video hosting site?  Who gets the benefit of that link - you or them?
- do you have 100% control over the video widget that you use in terms of the colors and additional content that you want to present to users?

What Is Changing?

marketing: Real Estate Video And The Wizard of Oz - Part 1 - 12/09/07 05:39 AM
In order to figure out how to break away from the confines of our thinking, let's look at and understand some of the constraints of the current model for real estate video....particularly property video tours.
- Where To Start: (a.k.a "we're off to see the wizard"): Generally video involves an online journey by way of an online site other than your own to upload video. Your customers/clients/coworkers/blog buddies/etc. can upload videos someplace to bring them to you and you can do the same to upload videos for them to see.

marketing: Why Real Estate Video Is Less Expensive Than You Think.... - 09/29/07 05:53 PM
I was recently at the South Florida REALTOR Profitability Conference and the Luncheon speaker asked an interesting question:
"How many of the REALTORS here have run a newspaper ad that no one replied to?"
I was genuinely surprised by the number of hands that went up.
Now lets look at real estate video. I'm not talking the multitude of video sites that have sprung up that will get you dozens of video views...I'm referring to sites like http://vidlisting.com which have an actual strategy that nets hundreds of video views in the first two weeks and in the thousands of views … (6 comments)
