SOME FORECLOSURES BEING DISMISSED AND RESUBMITTED IN MARYLAND - 01/29/11 01:01 AM
Did you know SOME FORECLOSURES are BEING DISMISSED AND RESUBMITTED IN MARYLAND?
One company, Ally Financial, formerly GMAC, has said in January 2011, it is withdrawing all of its foreclosures, in Maryland, that were approved by a particular employee.
It would appear that this employee had signed off on over 10,000 foreclosures a month, verifying accuracy without proper review. In my mind this barely seems possible.
Ally says it will dismiss and resubmit about 250 cases.
In a Baltimore court case one homeowner's foreclosure case was dismissed based on the information about this particular employee. Similar cases have also occurred in Massachusetts.

ST MARY'S MARYLAND SCHOOLS REDISTRICTING LEONARDTOWN HS STUDENTS TO CHOPTICON HS - 01/28/11 12:10 AM
Due to overcrowding at LEONARDTOWN HIGH SCHOOL the St Mary's county Board of Education has worked out a REDISTRICTING PLAN that will move as many as 158 students from LEONARDTOWN HIGH SCHOOL TO CHOPTICON HIGH SCHOOL.
At the public meeting held on January 20, 2011 only one person spoke out to the School Board.  Their comments were very positive.  It would appear that the parents of students involved in the proposed redistricting feel that they have been properly informed about the changes and are not objecting.

What's going to become of FDR BOULEVARD IN ST MARY'S MARYLAND?  Is it ever going to be completed?  From what I'm reading it is going to take time and money, because parts of it are nonexistant.
If you read that, two years ago, a building was finished, right in the middle of the proposed FDR road way, would you think the road was going to be finished?  That's what I just read.

Hire a qualified and certified HOME INSPECTOR to inspect the house.
Attend the HOME INSPECTION.
The Home Inspector should take the time to tell you what he finds and should report everything he finds.
YOU want to know if it's broken, or a safety issue. 
What will the Home Inspector Inspect ?

Bow hunting has been available this year on 85 acres at the Elms property in Lexington Park MD. The season has been incident free and considered a success. Bow hunting continues through January 2011.
The Mattaoni Bow and Black Powder Club had submitted a proposal, to manage hunting at this property. The proposal was accepted by St Mary's County and the state of Maryland.
