PRESIDENT OBAMA WANTS TO INTRODUCE A HOMEOWNERS' BILL OF RIGHTS - 02/01/12 01:03 PM
In his speech today, February 1, 2012, in Falls Church Virginia PRESIDENT OBAMA addressed ways to help the housing market.   Along with more refinancing help for Responsible Underwater Homeowners PRESIDENT OBAMA WANTS TO INTRODUCE A HOMEOWNERS' BILL OF RIGHTS
Although the theme of his speech was more Refinancing help for Responsible Underwater Homeowners he also said he will INTRODUCE A HOMEOWNERS' BILL OF RIGHTS.  President Obama said this HOMEOWNERS' BILL OF RIGHTS would enable Homeowners to obtain Home Loans in a commonsense process without 'the run around', hidden fees in fine print, and with built in safeguards.  He said Americans should not be terrified by pages of fine print!!

MORE REFINANCING HELP FOR RESPONSIBLE UNDERWATER HOMEOWNERS FROM PRESIDENT OBAMA - 02/01/12 12:06 PM
I just listened  to PRESIDENT OBAMA'S speech in Falls Church Virginia today, February 1, 2012.  The theme of his speech was MORE REFINANCING HELP FOR RESPONSIBLE UNDERWATER HOMEOWNERS.
He wants to address the needs of those HOMEOWNERS who have acted responsibly during this housing crisis.  Those HOMEOWNERS who have continued to pay their monthly payments even though they have found themselves "UNDERWATER".  "UNDERWATER" means their house is worth less than the amount they owe on it.
President Obama said it is wrong to tell these HOMEOWNERS to just wait until the  market bottoms out and prices start to rise again.
