 Mesa Arizona is one of the oldest settlements in the valley.   Initially inhabited by the Hohokam people, the first group of settlers arrived in 1877 from Utah in what is now the Lehi area of Mesa. The city has grown to encompass 132 sq. miles and has a population nearing a half million.

There are 1495 single family residences actively for sale in Mesa today. Last month, 578 homes sold and there are 789 pending sales at present.

 “Glendale Glitters” is that city's Holiday Tradition. I confess, I had never attended before this year. It is featured in newspaper, television, everyone in the Greater Phoenix area has probably attended this celebration many times. This is my year to go.

 At Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio Texas, a special Celebration takes place on the second Saturday of December each year. Soldiers and their families place over 6000 wreaths on the graves of fallen warriors buried in the base cemetery there, in honor of their lives and sacrifice. We are proud of our family members who participated in this ceremony this year.

 Tolleson was named for W.G. Tolleson in 1912, when it was a train stop on his ranch. A post office received the same name in 1913, the town was incorporated in 1929 on about 5.6 square miles of land.
 
 Once agricultural, Tolleson is now a main distribution center; shipping and receiving for a number of companies in multiple industries.
 
There are usually around 1120 single family home sales per year in Tolleson, Arizona. Last month the average Tolleson home sold for $45.18 per square foot.

 Today I read a blog I missed the first time around, Stop Duplicate Titles .
 I re-blogged it in the event some of you missed it also, then went to my website and edited a month's worth of blogs to give them titles that are different from those here and on my AR outside blog.
 I am determined to learn and apply practices that will enhance the SEO rankings on my website. That will help 2012 be a terrific year!

I didn't read this the first time around and I am thinking I am not alone in this.  I spent a couple of hours this morning editing a months worth of blogs and will keep this in mind for the future.
