Malibu Goes Green With New Plastic Bag Ordinance. - 12/20/08 01:47 PM
Malibu passed an ordinance in May banning plastic bags, this will take effect this month for grocery stores, food vendors, restaurants, pharmacies and city facilities. After one year, all other retailers and vendors in Malibu must comply.
To kick start the change, Heal the Bay is having their second annual A Day Without a Bag event. It is scheduled to take place this week, with local stores, including Ralphs grocery store. This event is a countrywide day of education and grassroots action about the benefits of using reusable shopping bags over plastic and paper disposable ones.

Everyone must work harder - 12/09/08 10:18 AM
This year  has been a very difficult year for just about everyone. Lets take the time to look ahead and start 2009 with a new approach. With the economy down the tubes,  the job market looking grimmer and the housing market is sad states, we must focus on how to move forward. Now is the time to be working harder and to be more visable then ever.
This new year is all about change and change can be a good thing.

Your sale depends on your appraisal - 12/08/08 10:09 PM
Agents, tell your buyers and sellers to be aware. This market is hard enough, but when one person can control your destiny we are in trouble. What a joke that was.... He used the lowest possible comps that he could find and put his own spin on why. His information was so incorrect that you have to stop and wonder what the heck is going … (0 comments)
