Information on Stimulus Payment program - 02/17/08 07:54 PM
Starting in May, the Treasury will begin sending economic stimulus payments to more than 130 million individuals. The stimulus payments will go out through the late spring and summer.
The vast majority of Americans who qualify for the payment will not have to do anything other than file their 2007 individual income tax return to receive their payment this year. The IRS will use information on the tax return to determine eligibility and calculate the amount of the stimulus payments.

Water restrictions in the City of Doral - 02/17/08 07:36 PM
Due to severe drought  South Florida Water Management District has imposed the most restrictive water regulations in history which became effective January 15, 2008. The restrictions cover all of South Florida including Doral. Property Owners are limited to watering their lawns to one day a week. The South Florida Watering Management District is requesting  strict enforcement of these regulations. Fines range from $50.00 to $100. Please see below information.

Trolley Ride for the City of Doral - 02/12/08 08:59 PM
The pilot program will run from Ronald Reagan Senior High School in the North to the Shopping Plaza at 87 Ave and 12 St at the South end of the City. The route will run Monday through Friday 7 AM to 7 PM and the trolley will complete a full circuit on an hourly basis. The stops will be approximately every quarter mile in order to encourage riders by limiting distance needed to travel to reach a stop along the entire route. Program starts on February 3- May 18 and the classes are for Chinese Language, Enrichment programs : calligraphy, arts and crafts, Kung- Fu, music classes, chinese painting, Fok Dance, Tae Kwon Do, and Chinese Cooking classes.
Ages- 5-9, Ages 10-17- Adults-Level 1 and 2.

Estimate your Property Tax ( Miami Dade County only) - 02/10/08 04:55 PM
Using the following link to Miamidade.gov webpage you will be able to estimate how much will be your tax bill.
Go to miamidade.gov and in the navigation system on your left click on Estimate Your Property Tax or go to  Estimate Your Property Tax.
You need to read, understand and accept the disclosures .
You'll be prompted to the Tax Estimator page where the folio number is required.
Remember to file if applies for the Portability if you recently sold your property in 2007 and bought and moved to  a new home  before Jan 1st 2008.

Try adding Molding- like ceiling mold or chair rails- The simple designs the better.
