Yesterday, I received a HUD for a closing that is supposed to take place tomorrow.  The closing is on a listing that I currently have and the buyer purchasing the property does not have an agent to represent him.  Needless to say, it has caused me a lot of extra work which I am fine with because I really wanted to sell this listing which I have had for some time.  It has been a little bit hard to sell.
