I was fortunate to listen to Chief Economist for NAR, Lawrence Yun last week as a board member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors. He confirmed what I already felt true and that our market was starting a subtle, yet clear, quiet rumbling. Based on my activity (hit lists) numbers, I track my web sites, listings and analytics, to see the market momentum or build-up. My numbers, through December, were climbing strongly through the beginning of the year. Showings started the second week and his report proves there is a market momentum we will all benefit from. Sellers will sell and Buyers will purchase. This will be a good year for those patient enough to wait for the "tell". Hang on, it's going to be a great ride.
