Christmas time in KC - 12/13/08 07:23 PM
Kansas City has the Christmas spirit! Everywhere I go, there are lights, decorations, and cheery people. Carolers who have been practicing for months are ready to serenade us. Those who enjoy cooking and libations are in seventh heaven with all of the treats and tastes laid out. Shoppers are taking advantage of all of the sales - and we have loads of sales this year, as I'm sure you've noticed.

I love Christmas but all of these activities on top of my regular real estate work made for some very long days. Here are a few pictures of sights that I found enjoyable. Hope you enjoy the spirit of Christmas too!

Plus the lights people hang on their homes - no way can I get to every venue. Well, St. Nick could, I guess. He's about the only one who could magically travel to every publicly lit display and all of the beautiful displays individuals have put up this year.
The Country Club Plaza has been lighting up since the 1930's. Every Thanksgiving thousands of light go on (2 comments)
