We have oscillated between 17,000 and 22,000 over the last year.The average sales price in March was $150,788, last March it was $167,790. That is down 10%.There were 2287 Pending contracts this March; 2879 last March.There were 2105 Closed sales this March; 2490 last March. ~same same. 5,106 total sales in the 1st Quarter of 2009 and 6,411 total sales in the 1st Quarter of 2008.
