The trees in Kansas City this year are absolutely breathtaking! Every street we drive on is full of vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows. Trees provide social, community, environmental, and economic benefits. 100 trees remove 53 tons of carbon dioxide per year. 100 trees remove 430 lbs of pollutants, including ozone and particulates, per year. 100 mature trees catch more than 500,000 gallons of rainwater per year resulting in cleaner water and reduced spending for stormwater control. photos: Aligning Photos in the New Active Rain Format

Managing photos in the new Active Rain format is a little bit different than the old format.To insert a photo, first click on the little camera icon. I've had a few requests from members about how to get the photos to stay on the right so here we go. Instead of just clicking on a photo from your photo files or desktop, you must first upload it to the new photo library within Active Rain. It's called RESPONSIVE FileManager. It's A Tough Market Out There! I had a pointer sign up at an intersection on the outskirts of Kansas City directing traffic to a listing. One of those big tractors with a grass mower attachment came along and ran over my sign, mangling it slightly. After bringing the sign back to the office and propping it up against my desk, several people asked me what happened to my sign. Rather than explaining about the tractor, I just replied "It's a Tough Market Out There!" Everybody laughed so I thought it would make a good picture. Hope you enjoy it! … (1 comments)
