Today I went to see a homeowner in Prairie Village who wants to sell his home. Those of you who live in Kansas City know that Prairie Village (PV) is a great neighborhood and a lot of people choose to live their because of its convenient location. You also know that house values in Prairie Village are pretty darn good. But I can't sell your home for more than it's worth. This homeowner wants to get $225,000 for his house.
