historic preservation: Edmond Historic Preservation, Is it Worth it? - 04/14/08 02:39 PM

Is Historic Preservation worth the hassel of meeting both the City and National requirement? The property must be converted from a residence to an office in order to receive 20% state and 20% natonal tax credits. Once it meets the requirements for the tax credits, it then becomes eligible for the National Register of Historic Preservation.
