Last April I went to Atlanta to visit my son – and being the good Realtor – I made sure to pack my laptop so I could stay on top of everything. AND, not wanting to have to check anything, I carried everything on board. The juggling of everything was not fun, but I managed. What was I thinking? I even had visions of doing some work with my computer – it must have been a long time since I sat in one of those tiny, confined seats – no way.
On the way back, I relented and checked the luggage. However, as I boarded and walked through first class I happened to notice the seasoned travelers. What were they all holding? You guessed it, they were holding iPads and Kindles. Hmmm…could an iPad be in my future? Would it make traveling much easier?
So I went to every event where an iPad was the prize – I must have wanted it too much – even bending the card didn’t help! Finally I broke down and decided to end the agony – I purchased iPad 2. If you don’t have one yet – it is a fabulous piece of technology. I could give you tons of reasons why I LOVE the iPad – from showing houses to closings.
Here’s where the HATE comes out – I can’t seem to get from Mobile Zipforms to DocuSign. They say you can send the contract to firstname.lastname@example.org, but it never seems to get there. It winds up in my e-mail, but not in DocuSign. Right now I would prefer not to have to use Noterize – not ready to use a pen on my screen yet. I have not had any luck with getting a response from DocuSign Support.
In the interest of saving trees – does anyone know how to get a document from Zipforms to DocuSign – all done while on your iPad and have the clients sign right there? Please don't tell me that I need to break down and use Noterize.
