Boston Landmark- Lenny Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge - 05/13/07 12:23 AM
Designed by HNTB, the Lenny Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge, over the Charles River, in Boston is an unusual structure.  The 185 ft. width of this bridge makes it the widest of its kind in the world.  The two bridge cable-stayed project is priced at $100 million.  The service load and dynamic forces are complicated by the asymmetric, and unusual cable stay geometry.

In the world of BUYERS.... - 05/02/07 12:39 AM
I know that it is a buyers market but what makes them think they can steal a house? Here it goes my example of what is a buyer thinking.
About 4 months ago I had a listing in my development in Georgetown priced in the low 600k. It was a beautiful home but it had an easement that was horrendous. A shared driveway that you had to drive by someones garage to get to your house. And when went inside the home and looked out the front door all you saw was your neighbor watching T.V.There was about 1.5 acres but 1 … (4 comments)

Why would a seller let a deal FALL apart for just 5 thousand- Someone help me understand - 05/01/07 12:23 AM
It has been 17 months now that my client has tried to sell he home. Thefirst agent listed it at 849K. The second agent 759K. And me the THIRD women in 679K. She got water in the basement 20 hours before Home inspection (second time).
Well they would still move forward if she were to install a B-dry System and a Radon System.a few things from … (9 comments)
