In these times I get asked that question so often. If your rent would be $1,000 to maybe $2,000 per month, renting would be OK. But in Pinecrest, the average lease is $5,000 per month. When clients ask me whether to rent or buy, first I ask them if they plan on staying in the area for at least two years. If they are, I let them know that a years' lease will cost them $60,000.

September 87.57%
August 90.10%
July 92.99%

Let's give thanks and remember all our veterans. After many months of work on the park, on Monday, November 12th the Veterans Wayside Park will be re-dedicated. The ceremony will start at 11:00 a.m. Our mayor, council members and area veterans' groups will be there. The park is located on 112th Street and South Dixie Highway (US 1). You are all invited.
