The Pinecrest Fl Farmers Market will be open Sunday, December 6th through April of 2010 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.  It's new location is Pinecrest Gardens at 5855 SW 111 Street, Pinecrest Fl.  This is the farmers market that used to be at Gardner's Market on 124th Street and US 1, across the street from the park. As of October 31, 2009 there were 207 homes for sale in Pinecrest Florida.
39 homes were under contract
14 homes sold/closed in October
The highest closed sale price in October was $2,604,887 and the lowest sale was for $419,000.
