We can market ourselves in just about everything we post. It is an opportunity we did not have before in exactly the same way.
Getting mellow sitting on my deck, thinking about photos of gorgeous flowers from warmer climes members share ... thinking that true blessings are those that are there for everyone ... a blue sky ... a sparrow chirping ... the cool feel of grass beneath your feet ... even that squawking blue jay.

Well, those delightful creatures have made a nice meal out of my hostas again this year.
They are very brazen in my neck of the woods. In fact, there is one particular deer whom I consider to be "My Deer." She spends most of her day here munching away or sleeping and is not fazed at all if I pass by. Unless, of course, I start my car or point a camera.
I am training her to eat weeds and, look, it's working!

Think about it ... If no new building materials and energy resources have to be used in a home, we are one step ahead.
More and more, we see renovation companies thinking green and helping homeowners improve the energy efficiency of their older homes.
This can mean more affordable homes for homebuyers who recognize a good thing when they see one and know they can upgrade the home they buy at their own pace.

220 premium outlet stores at Woodbury Common located in Central Valley, NY and a mere 8 miles from Cornwall. How lucky is that? A veritable shopping Mecca ... nirvana for the fashionista or bargain hunter alike.
Shoppers come from miles around, by car, by train, by plane, by ferry, by bus. Why even tour buses stop at Woodbury!
But for you ... it could be just down the road apiece! Yet another reason why Cornwall is the place to live if you are thinking Hudson Valley ... Orange County. And who isn't!
