If you have driven past the progress of the new Tanger Outlets in Texas City along I-45 you will see that it’s making a lot of head way! The expected open date is still set for October 2012. This grand opening will be a great time since Christmas shopping will soon be approaching.
The new Tanger Outlet will bring 900 full and part times job to the area. It’s financial partners are expecting it to become a huge tourism booster.

Average and median prices broke records while volume of sales reached the highest level since June 2008. Local housing inventory is now at its lowest level in more than five years.
