The median price of a single family home purchased in Marin during the 2nd quarter of 2012 was $775,000, up 13% from the previous quarter. The condo market, except for the Greenbrae area, has continued to drift lower with a median price of $296,500. The median time that it takes to sell a home has been cut in half, down to just 43 days.
