I just sold this Eichler home located on a sunny and quiet lot in Marinwood California.

Originally listed with another agent for almost 1 year who was unable to sell the property, I was able to list, re-stage, aggressively market, and sell this Eichler home for over the asking price before the first public open house.

This was a very fulfilling transaction for me since the sellers were anxious to move on with their lives and move into a retirement community however they couldn't make the transition until their home was sold. Just thought I would take a break in the action to introduce the newest member to our family and the Marin Modern and San Francisco Modern Team......

"Kaya" has just joined us at 8 weeks. While we don't anticipate her obtaining her RE license, she does plan on obtaining a license from the County and we are confident that she will make valuable contributions to the family, our dog-loving clients, and more.

She is a Japanese Akita that is new to our family. We previously had an Akita and are excited to have a new addition which should bring joy and love to our family and all who meet her.

At 8 weeks old, she's currently a small package however we know that this is likely to change quickly (our previous Akita tipped the scales at around 135 lbs). Obviously a short opportunity to fully embrace her if you are into lap dogs!

Apparently the Marin Independent Journal (aka "Marin IJ") J is switching over to a new computer system and in the process there were a number of properties which were incorrectly listed. Built in 1963, this mid-century modern home was a desirable double-A frame Eichler home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lucas Valley. I wanted to let everyone know that 4 of my modern (or more accurately, mid-century modern and contemporary!) listings in Marin County will be held open this upcoming Sunday (3/29) from 1-4pm.
