One of the best learning exercises we can do as salespeople is role playing.  I started doing role play exercises in my first sales job and I have continued doing them to this day.
Just a few months ago I took a Continuing Education Class on Negotiation and the best part of the class was our role playing exercises.

This is the gravy time for being a Realtor--the summer months!  I hope everyone is busy helping their Clients.
Try not to focus on so much of the negative "noise" out there on TV and the internet.  At night I read articles on some of the news aggregator websites and I am just amazed at how negative the national perspective can be.
How many times have we heard this?  Real Estate is local!  The national figures are not representative of each state, each city, each town, each neighborhood, each street.
