Houses in Marion, New Constructions, different subdivisions, good school, easy access to Memphis, Tn, only 15-20 mins away from downtown Memphis. Fast growing town, attracts many relocations from different parts of the country. They may not work in Marion, but they chose Marion as their new home town. There is I-40 and I-55 to go to Memphis, Tn and all the way to St.Louis, MO. respectively. Low utility, low property tax and good school, that makes Marion is a good choice to live.
