I have an email this morning stated from Yahoo customer service and asked me to update my email account:

I guess Christmas is really around the corner, no matter you are ready or not. As I get more "wise" and "mature" :) each year, I feel more and more the need to do good deeds during the holidays. I can write a book to complain and mourn about mishaps in life, and how is that going to do any good for me!?
There are so many ways to show your spirits of giving and sharing. For example, help to serve dinner at homeless shelter, deliver food to the needed family, singing Christmas carol at nursing homes (of course, I have enough sense not to choose … (10 comments)

I am fortunate to have a spacious room in my RE/MAX office, I have plenty of wall space to display some paintings from my 2 daughters. It is very nice to see those art works all the time, and they remind me how lucky I am to have Samantha and Marie everyday. It helps me to focus my purpose in life.
On top of that, it always makes a good conversation for me and my clients.

With the new $6,500 tax credit for existing home owners till 4/30/10, I can foresee more home owners are more ready and willing to put their home on the market. Is your house ready for sale, or you need to do some projects first?
Do you like to watch "Weekend Warriors" on HGTV, doesn't it bring the inner contractor side out of you? All the demolition, design, vision, color matching......just can't wait to start that project you have been putting away, can you? In real estate world, we are always busy going all directions, got a phone call from my daughter's friend's mom, wanted to look at some houses. Great! Went to meet with her and her husband, looked at a couple of houses, found out he has a house listed and sold by another agent, but he did not want to use her anymore in buying another one. In our initial conversation, he wanted me to put an offer on a foreclosure, I said it would be fine.

I was reading an article about this little girl named Elena Desserich, she was diagnosed of brain cancer right before her 6th birthday. She died 225 days after the diagnose. After she passed away, her parents found lots of notes Elena wrote and hid them all around the house.
