Oh my word, my world has shifted quite a bit this week.  I have 2 new additions in my family this week!  No, I don't have new twin babies, silly.  I have 2 kittens living with us now.  One boy and one girl, they are sooo cute, 7 weeks old, the boy's name is Chub, (I guess you can see why I name him Chub), the girl is J.J. (stands for Jumping Jane), she is very active and quite hyper, haha.

I am sure many of you here on Active Rain have already read this post since yesterday.  I just want to share this with my friends here who have not got a chance to see it.  Carole was a wonderful person, you could feel her warmth and loving personality through her posts, she loved to share her knowledge and helped many of us here to know more about Feng Shui.  I read her blog everyday, for some reason, it makes me feel serene when I visit her blog.
She will be very missed here on Active Rain.

CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates, and they are selling fundraiser tickets for 3 very CUTE playhouses this year.  It is by lucky draw in July, they are $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20. 
It has been a successful fundraiser event for CASA, which they are helping to voice for foster children who are either physically abused or neglected by their parents/family in court.  And I am one of the volunteers who went through many hours of training and sworn in front of the judge to be an advocate for the children. And I am proud to be part of this great non profit organization.
The playhouses were built by 3 local builders, they volunteered their time to make this event happen.  I am hoping to get the pictures and will upload on my blog for you to view. 
Come by our office and buy some tickets to get a chance to win one of the playhouses!

Esperanza Bonanza is here tomorrow till this Saturday!  This annual event is going to be located at Marion Athletic Complex.  You can get there easily by taking the bus shuttle at the Marion High School parking lot, and the shuttle is FREE.  You just park your car at the school parking lot, the bus will continuously going back and forth to pick up and drop visitors off.
