Motivational Monday-It is about the elderly, too - 10/25/10 03:08 PM
Holidays are coming up, we, who actively spend time with our parents, grandparents is a blessing.  Some of the elderly are not as fortunate though.  We are always busy thinking of our kids, our better half, pets, it seems like more and more people forget about their elder parents or grandparents.  It hurts to see them spending the hoildays without their family around.
This is more like a reminder, and hope you will remember to check on your elderly family member/s.  They are just like the rest of us, they like to be remembered, share the fun and love during these special holidays.  If … (14 comments)

St. John's Landing-another popular move up homes in Marion, Ar.

St. John's Landing is located on Mound City Road, one of the popular choice for move up buyers from their first home.  Homes in St. John's Landing are affordable, and beautiful, the setting of the neighborhood makes you think you live in the country, but you are not!
Look at the pond, I actually saw people fish there before.  Won't it be nice to wake up in the morning with a view like this?  It is quiet and serene in St. John's Landing.

Motivational Monday-Did you find your identity? I am not talking about your driver's license - 10/18/10 11:45 AM
Did you ever thought about this question?  Or maybe you have been thinking a lot about it lately?
Who are you?  Are you where you want to be?  Have you found your identity yet?
It sounds like a deep question, isn't it?  But seriously, how many of us actually know who we are and doing what we are supposed to do?  Is this our calling?  Or there are better things for us out there that we didn't know about.
My two daughters were talking about this subject yesterday when we were enjoying our Sunday with Mother Nature Enjoy it while it … (15 comments)

That darn lunch plate makes me so sleepy this afternoon - 10/07/10 05:59 PM
I am going to tell you that darn lunch I had this afternoon made me so sleepy afterwards.

I went to have lunch with my co-worker, and ordered a lunch special of the day, "Turkey and Dressing", doesn't it sound good?  I had to show some properties after the lunch, so I thought I was going to order something set and already fixed.  And I was starving, so it made sense to me to order something quick.
Lunch was good actually, it filled me up to the max though.
About 45 minutes after the lunch, I felt like a zombie, … (13 comments)

Are you willing to hang in there when things get tough on you? - 10/07/10 11:33 AM
I have 2 different sets of clients, party A and party B told me the same comment about me before, I just think it will be a good topic for a blog.
One thing in common between party A and B is they both are some tougher transactions.  They both said if it was another agent who handled their transaction would have gone and left them behind, would not willing to hang in there for them till it closed.
Now, I know there are many agents on Active Rain will not leave their clients hanging in the middle of a tough transaction.  We have many great agents here on … (9 comments)

Motivational Monday-Set a goal and wrap up 2010 - 10/04/10 09:09 AM
I just set a goal last night by putting it in writing I am going to make it to 200,000 points by the end of this year.  Base on my calculation, it should be a reachable goal.
2010 is ending in less than 3 months, I can't believe how fast this year has gone by.  So many ups and downs has happened, tears and joy, good and bad surprises, you name it, it all happened in 2010.
With many uncertainties coming up in 2011, how are we going to know everything will be okay?  We won't.  We can only live a day at … (13 comments)

Seller-Your house is under contract, what else do you need to do before closing? - 10/01/10 04:21 PM
It is great news that your house is sold in today's market and economy.  I am happy for you, too!  Before you can get the check at closing or move on to your next plan, you have a few things to do as a seller.
It doesn't matter you are a seasoned seller with experience, or first time seller and get ready to buy your second home.  This list applies to all sellers in a typical transaction.
There is always exception in everything, make sure you know what you need to do, talk to your agent and let him/her to walk you through.
