When I go to list a house, I always mention to the seller to declutter their house if I see it is needed.  Every now and then, I see some great homes without clutter at all!!  Everything in its own place and there is a place for everything, such wonderful home owners like that.

Spring definitely has made a difference in our real estate market in Marion, Ar.  We see a lot of activities in March, houses are being shown, phones are ringing more, serious buyers are out to buy the house they want while the interest rate is still low right now.
In March, we have 11 houses pending on the market, and only 1 of them is a foreclosure.  It means these sales are all resale listings, good for the home owners who did all the right things to get their house sold!

My two adopted cats are turning 1 year old in April, they have brought us so much laughter and joy this last year.  I was never a cat lover, but Chub and JJ, they are brother and sister, have changed me, and we all love them so so much.

I am glad you call me to ask about my listing in Marion, Ar.  I don't mind giving you some additional information about the house and all, but, if you are working with another agent already, please call your own agent to do the work for you, and show you the house.  You don't need to call the listing agent to show you the house, unless you are buying the house from the listing agent, or firing your buying agent.

Spring is almost here, we still got just a little chill in the air, but Spring is definitely in the air.  Flowers start blooming, grass is getting green, leaves are growing on the trees again.  Colors are popping up bits by bits here and there.  It makes people happy and energized.
With warmer weather around the corner, all sorts of community events will be coming up; various sports try outs, fundraisers, cooking contests, etc.  Kids are getting ready for their Spring Break, many of us are ready for Spring.
