With the new $6,500 tax credit for existing home owners till 4/30/10, I can foresee more home owners are more ready and willing to put their home on the market. Is your house ready for sale, or you need to do some projects first? Do you like to watch "Weekend Warriors" on HGTV, doesn't it bring the inner contractor side out of you? All the demolition, design, vision, color matching......just can't wait to start that project you have been putting away, can you?
