There is a realtor (with a team) in our community that has all of his seller's not wanting to look at offers on Sundays. We say bring them to us, our clients are ready to deal. We understand that buyers often need to do business on weekends when they are not working. The key here is they have a job and they are working during the week. Yes some offers can wait until Monday to present, but if there are two properties and one will deal with it right away and the other won't. As a buyer's realtor I would recommend

In July 2006 the average sales price of an acreage in the area surrounding Calgary has increased by $200,000. In July 2006 the average acreage price was $648,714. July 2007 shows an average price of $842,563. A lot of acreage owners must have decided the price is right as there are currently 720 acreages for sale compared to 403 last year. More listings, fewer sales. July 2007 had only 63 sales compared to 86 last year. Perhaps acreages have seen their major price increases until the inventory gets absorbed.
