I did have some discussions with the seller of this home. She said the only thing you like about my home is the garage! Well, that was not true, there were lots of things that were great about her home, but so do the other 50 or so homes that it was competing against. What it did have was a garage you could actually park 2 vehicles in. This is the ad that got the home sold, in below average time as well.
