I am just curious if anyone is familiar with bulk packages from a bank. It is my understanding that what these are, are properties that a bank has already forclosed on thus eliminating any 2nd mortgages. What the banks are doing is packaging these forclosed properties in bundles and selling them off … (2 comments)
