Bulk packages from a bank - 02/25/08 03:00 PM
I am just curious if anyone is familiar with bulk packages from a bank. It is my understanding that what these are, are properties that a bank has already forclosed on thus eliminating any 2nd mortgages. What the banks are doing is packaging these forclosed properties in bundles and selling them off at between 50 and 60 cents + 4% on the dollar based on the BPOs. These are being bundled in amounts as low as 10m and as high as upwards of 200m. I am just wondering if anyone has worked on these type of deals in the past????

Now this has absolutely nothing to do with real estate except I have been down for a week and am now struggeling to stand right now.... No exageration on that one. On Saturday I went to Fry's Supermarket to pick up a couple of things for Superbowl Sunday. I came home and within an hour and a half I was laid out flat on my back with the absolute worst case of the flu I had ever seen. Now I have had the flu before but this was monsterous.
