After having spent over a year chasing these packages and finding NOTHING at the end of the rainbow I had decided there had to be a better way... Right now is the Absolute BEST time in many many years to invest in Real Estate... I have been working 14 to 15 hours a day looking for the best of the best scenerios for investors.
