Happy New Year!
Many of my clients have asked me to alert them when I see the local market at the bottom and beginning to rebound.  I think that has happened!
Santa Clarita Valley has 535 resale homes pending in escrow.   A total of 728 resale homes have SOLD and closed in the last 90 days.  There are only 1213 homes left on the market while there were at least 2500 homes on the market a year ago. There appears to be a shrinking of the inventory.
