Inflation. We all hear the word but do we all know what "inflation" means? When most people think of inflation they think "higher prices". Well, that is true...but sorta backwards... Prices are higher during times of inflation but let's talk about what is really happening.Prices are higher during times of inflation not because "things" are worth more...it's because dollars are worth less! real estate: we are swamped in san francisco... commercial agents wanted! - 04/03/09 12:44 AM
today Mark Cooper got a call from an agent wanting to join kw commercial in San Francisco, he wanted an interview right away and was asking about joining our team. Mark asked him about his background, and how he found out about the commercial team, it turns out he called the SF market center, then got mark.
he seemed to know his stuff so we scheduled an interview for next week, finally after a few more questions, the guy said he saw our ad on craigslist, funny thing, we had not posted an ad on craigslist.....
so we searched sf/craigslist on 4/2/09 and this is what was found:

What was the easiest thing you have ever done? What was the hardest? Why?
Last month I was flying back from Orlando, from the Keller Williams annual conference called "family reunion". In the airport bar I had a brief conversation with a mega-agent from Idaho and we realized that the top real estate agents find golf to be an extremely easy sport. To succeed in a career, sport, relationship, or life in general, it all requires the same things.
1. find A good coach or mentor
2. surround yourself with successful, happy, people
3. focus on the basics, practice
4. don't over think things,
