If you can't do this with your current lead management system, then you are not going to produce the results you should be. Leads cost money; in effect, not following up is flushing money away. Thousands upon thousands of companies exist in hopes that YOU will be the next Realtor to flush your money down the toilet into THEIR bank account, while you cross your fingers for a closing. Goal for upcoming year: Just say NO to dumb dumb lead management!
