There is one verb that separates agents who thrive from those who merely survive or despise their job, and that verb is the word DELEGATE.
What does delegate mean? Used as a verb, it translates as follows:
The verb DELEGATE has 2 senses:
1. transfer power to someone 2. give an assignment to (a person) to a post, or assign a task to (a person)
Notice what Delegate does NOT mean:

I reviewed my blog log, and it's been sparse lately! Why? Well, we've been busy! Can I contribute that fact to blogging? Not 100%; but I'm sure our articles have given the impression that we are full of knowledge and experienced in Real Estate. When we receive an inquiry for assistance, I always give them a link to my Active Rain page and say 'Check us out on our blog!'. I never assume they are clicking on it from my web site; I want to invite them!
