The worst massage ever
Last night I went to a day spa (name withheld for now) in River Edge NJ to get a deep tissue massage.  I should have canceled at the first sign something was off but here is what happened and why it was the worse massage ever:
11:00 AM Thursday         I called in the morning to make an appointment with a specific massage therapist.  Great all set for 7 PM (love the late appointment so you can go home and go right to bed).  I was informed I couldn’t cancel since it was day of etc.  … (4 comments)

I am a big fan of word of mouth marketing. I always gather (or give when requested) referrals from friends and family when I need a service or a product. So it occurred to me why not let our customers do all the talking for us. Last week we put together this video with one of our students. She loved the StraighterLine program and wanted to tell the world about her experiences so we recorded her and put this up on YouTube / Facebook etc. We did edit the recording to add some fades between her comments along with some music … (7 comments)

We collect feedback from our clients.  The story below was sent to me last week.  When I read stories like this it reminds me that we are making a difference in our jobs.  Knowing that we are helping people improve their lives and live their dreams recharges my efforts to do an even better job.
As we head into a new week think about what your clients are saying about you? What do you want them to say?
Keep in mind that the most powerful way to market your business is to have someone else talk about and recommend you.
