San Fernando Valley Home Sales Surge from Last Year's Low Point Driven by foreclosures and homes sold by traditional sellers at favorable prices, sales of existing single-family homes in the San Fernando Valley during September soared a whopping 81.8 percent compared to a year ago, the Southland Regional Association of Realtors® reported.
