Cold day here in Vail.  But if it is too cold to ski today feel free to drop by my listing at 387 Beaver Dam Circle.  Ski-In home, right next to the Gondola in Lionshead.  The home was built in 2000 but it feels brand new. 5 bedrooms including a caretaker studio.

I've had early morning open houses before in the Summer, but never during Winter.  I'll let all you readers know how it goes.
