Here is a video showing the amazing snow on Vail Mountain. The Mountain is 97% open and we've had almost 150 inches of snow so far. This is the season for a Vail trip or the purchase of a Vail home. On the real estate front, as opposed to the skiing front, there is a noticeable uptick in activity in the market. The three new projects in town, the Ritz Carlton, The Four Seasons, and Solaris, are all open and looking great. After all the years of construction, Vail is looking better than ever. What an amazing November for skiers and it isn't over yet. The mountain is in great shape. You really should be here. Check out this Video to see what I'm talking about.
