Just an observation, but it seems that there has been a marked increase in the number of inquiries about listings since the 1st of the year. Some of my homes in Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge and Mims have had more showings in the past 3 weeks then they did in the last 3 months of the year and 2 of them have gone under contract in the last month.It it the lower interest rates? Is it the lowest real estate prices since 2003? Is it the huge inventory of available homes to choose from?Are people starting to believe that maybe the bottom has been reached or … (0 comments)
