These times are becoming more dangerous as time goes on. I can't believe what I'm hearing about placing control on all the good, decent people, while giving all the freedoms to the trouble makers. The current government is going to take away our rights. The hard working families is going to have to pay for the lazy man and give liberties to the reckless. Why? Is this what I heard called redistribution of wealth? At first I thought of wealth as money but it's just as meaningful toward wealth of liberties. And what about our attitude toward other nations? How to sell in todays housing market - 04/09/09 10:33 PM
If you've ever listened to most real estate agent they talk about their websites (this is a bare minimum for being in the business), for sale sign, newspaper advertising (it doesn't work anymore), open houses (little effect), blah, blah, blah. Truth is you need to be able to reach the masses through effective online marketing and price it at orbelow market. Period. Sure, for sale signs still help, but they don't sell houses.
