Raising Credit Scores After Client's Short Sale Transaction - 01/26/10 10:29 AM
I work in a market(St. George Utah, Mesquite Nevada) dominated by short sales and foreclosures like almost everywhere else, and I want to make sure that when the market returns in 5 to 10 years, that there will be qualified buyers to start buying houses again.
Credit restrictions will be tight, and we therefore need to start working on our clients and customers credit immediately after their short sale and even their foreclosure.
Let's give them some tasks (like B of A does on Equator) to accomplish in the meantime. It couldn't hurt!
